Position Summary
BB Group is looking for a driven and creative Marketing & Digital Strategy Intern to support our marketing efforts across all projects.
This is not a passive internship. You will work directly with the marketing lead and leadership team to execute campaigns, create content, analyze data, and help build the BB Group brand across Africa.
This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, willing to execute, and ready to apply classroom knowledge in a real startup environment.
High-performing interns may be considered for extended contracts or future full-time opportunities based on company growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.
Support content creation for Fynd Mee and other BB Group projects.
Help analyze campaign performance and marketing data.
Work closely with the design and development teams to maintain brand consistency.
Contribute ideas for growth strategies, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
Support audience engagement and brand storytelling initiatives.
Skills & Requirements
Basic understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
Familiarity with digital ads, content creation, or analytics tools is a plus.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take feedback.
Organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
Passion for Africa’s growth and innovation.
Minimum Education Qualification
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field OR certified digital marketing training.
