Position Summary
BB Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR & Accounting Intern to support the company’s people and financial operations.
This role is structured and responsibility-driven. You will assist with recruitment coordination, documentation, payroll support, expense tracking, and internal reporting across BB Group projects.
You will work directly with leadership to maintain organization, transparency, and accountability as the company grows.
High-performing interns may be considered for extended contracts or future full-time roles based on performance and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding documentation, and record keeping.
Support drafting job descriptions and organizing interview schedules.
Maintain employee attendance and support payroll tracking.
Support leadership with basic budgeting and financial organization.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR and accounting records.
Help maintain structured communication across departments.
Skills & Requirements
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and HR processes.
Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional communication skills.
Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information.
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
Minimum Education Qualification
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field OR certified HR or finance training.
