Position Summary

BB Group is seeking a proactive and highly responsive Digital Customer Service & Outreach Intern to support our communication, promotion, and brand outreach efforts.

This role combines customer support, virtual assistance, and campus outreach coordination. You will serve as one of the first points of contact for emails, inquiries, and partnership communication, while also supporting promotional campaigns and ambassador outreach.

This internship is ideal for someone who is organized, confident in communication, and eager to gain real startup experience.

High-performing interns may be considered for extended contracts or future full-time opportunities based on performance and company growth.

Minimum Education Qualification

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field OR certified digital marketing training.
