Position Summary
BB Group is seeking a proactive and highly responsive Digital Customer Service & Outreach Intern to support our communication, promotion, and brand outreach efforts.
This role combines customer support, virtual assistance, and campus outreach coordination. You will serve as one of the first points of contact for emails, inquiries, and partnership communication, while also supporting promotional campaigns and ambassador outreach.
This internship is ideal for someone who is organized, confident in communication, and eager to gain real startup experience.
High-performing interns may be considered for extended contracts or future full-time opportunities based on performance and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to emails for BB Group and Fynd Mee in a timely and professional manner.
Support communication with users, partners, and external stakeholders.
Assist with outreach to campus ambassadors for Fynd Mee promotion.
Help coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
Support promotional campaigns and marketing outreach initiatives.
Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and general virtual assistant tasks as assigned.
Represent BB Group professionally in written and verbal communication.
Skills & Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Confident responding to emails and handling inquiries professionally.
Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, social media platforms, etc.).
Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work setting.
Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment.
Passion for innovation and African youth engagement is a plus.
Minimum Education Qualification
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field OR certified digital marketing training.
