Minimum Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
MBA or professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, SHRM, etc.) is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Position Summary
BB Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HR & Accounting Associate (Entry-Level) to support both people operations and financial management across all brands.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to grow in a structured, fast-growing environment.
You will work directly with leadership to coordinate recruitment, manage documentation, support payroll processes, and maintain accurate financial tracking. While this is an entry-level role, it carries real responsibility and opportunity for growth.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
– Maintain structured employee records and attendance tracking.
– Support payroll preparation and salary reporting.
– Track company expenses, budgets, and financial records.
– Prepare monthly financial summaries for leadership review.
– Ensure confidentiality and compliance in HR and accounting processes.
– Support internal coordination between teams to maintain operational efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
– Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
– Familiarity with HR processes and documentation.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
– High attention to detail and accuracy.
– Professional communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
